Job Summary

Support a broad marketing assistant function across content creation, event delivery, internal comms, and asset management, with emphasis on brand consistency and CRM hygiene.

  • Assist in developing digital assets and event materials to support campaigns and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Maintain CRM records in HubSpot and produce monthly insights from analytics to inform improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating copy and visual content for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, and email campaigns.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of press releases and PR materials for external publication.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials for events, conferences, and business development initiatives, including presentation slide decks, templates, stationery, and branded documents.
  • Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of events and exhibitions, including invitation design, name badges/table cards, handouts, and maintenance of exhibition equipment.
  • Assist in producing monthly digital analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and distribution of internal communications across Teams, TV screens, and the company intranet.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consistent messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate CRM records and support the creation and management of contact lists within HubSpot.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
  • Support on exciting projects including the celebration of Baily Garner's 50th anniversary and the launch of our new Business Plan.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
  • Business use of social media.
  • Good customer care and positive communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to all tasks and good attention to detail.
