Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and advertising.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with target audiences.
• Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general sales enquiries.

Requirements

• marketing experience
• experience using Sage accounting system
• Microsoft office
• Industry related software systems
• making and receiving calls to customers and suppliers
• keeping up to date records
