Job Summary

Own local community marketing with clinics and partnerships, turning events, CRM emails and social content into local patient flow and re-bookings.

  • Community Ownership: build relationships with gyms, clubs, schools and organisations and connect campaigns to real local impact.
  • Active Local Programs: plan events and social/content that showcase clinicians, patients, and the clinic culture.
  • Omnichannel Local Growth: coordinate Kajabi email campaigns, support new service launches, and blend paid/local channels for measurable lift.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with gyms, sports clubs, businesses, schools and community organisations.
  • Organising local events that genuinely connect us with our communities.
  • Creating engaging social media content that showcases our clinicians, patients and culture.
  • Planning and delivering localised email marketing campaigns through Kajabi.
  • Developing campaigns that encourage former patients to return for further treatment when appropriate.
  • Supporting the launch of new services and clinics.
  • Creating marketing assets using Canva and helping keep our website fresh.
  • Working alongside our paid media activity to maximise local campaign performance.
  • Measuring what's working, learning from the data and constantly improving.

Requirements

  • Graduate level to 3 years' marketing experience
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, fitness, healthcare or another commercially driven environment would be valuable
  • Mindset over CV and proactive, organised with ideas
  • Willingness to build relationships and represent a brand in the community
