Responsibilities

• Lead ROI-driven marketing that grows our portfolio of holiday homes across Wales, the Lake District, Yorkshire and Northumbria
• Deliver impactful campaigns, generate high-quality property leads, strengthen local brands, and drive sustainable growth
• Work closely with regional teams to deliver campaigns
• Manage budgets and use data to optimise performance

Requirements

• Proven marketing and team management experience
• A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and using data to optimise performance
• A full UK driving licence

Preferred

• Have conflict resolution training or experience.
• Bring local market knowledge of Wales, the Lake District, Northumbria, or Yorkshire.
