Responsibilities - Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Assist in creating engaging content such as emails, social posts, and web copy - Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment - Help coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and communications - Analyse basic campaign performance and report on key insights - Provide general marketing support to help driver customer engagement and sales Requirements - A prior attainment level 1 for Math's and English and a score of Entry Level 3 or higher during the initial assessment in English & Maths (About prior attainment) - No previous qualifications (awarded) in any degree/masters/level 4 /HNC and above or equivilent in any discipline - You must possess a current valid Right to Work in the UK Nice_to_have - An interest in marketing - Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with customers and partners - Organised with administrative skills - Excellent time management skills - A willingness and desire to learn new things Benefits - Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home - Working flexible hours - flexing the times you start and finish during the day - Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs
