Job Summary

Own donor journey and legacy gifting scenarios by coordinating external agencies and internal teams to drive gifts in wills, In Memoriam donations, and Canine Care Cards while elevating the supporter experience.

External/Agency Collaboration: Manage legacy products and partnerships to deliver on-time, high-quality donor touchpoints.
Journey & Stewardship: Shape donor responses, stewardship events, and a seamless end-to-end experience for all supporters.
Brand Impact & Optimization: Translate loyalty into clear outcomes and continuously improve the donor experience based on results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

work closely with external agencies to deliver key legacy products, including gifts in wills, In Memoriam gifts and our Canine Care Card,
collaborate with other teams in the Individual Giving directorate to deliver an excellent supporter journey to all those who donate, from handling individual responses to delivering stewardship events,
creatively bring our brand message to life, helping supporters understand the impact of their loyalty,
monitor and analyse outcomes from projects, being on the ball and proactively identifying ways to improve and accelerate supporter experiences.
