Job Summary

Own and execute the end-to-end social content pipeline, from capture to editing, with a focus on short-form video for platform-first storytelling.

  • Growth & Engagement: identify trends, platform insights, and content opportunities to lift engagement and growth across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Production: create, edit, and deliver social-first content for campaigns, websites, and marketing programs.
  • Influencer/UGC Support: assist with outreach and UGC initiatives to expand brand presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture engaging photo and video content across shoots, events, brand experiences and day to day activity
  • Edit and produce social-first content for social media, paid campaigns, websites and wider marketing activity
  • Create content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Assist with influencer outreach and UGC activity
  • Help grow social media presence, engagement and brand identity
  • Identify trends, content opportunities and platform insights to help improve engagement and growth
  • Stay up to date with social trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team
  • Filming behind the scenes and day-to-day content across the business
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance
  • Support wider marketing activity including email campaigns, website updates and digital content.
