Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events, trade shows, partner visits and community activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, collateral and venue requirements
• Support attendee outreach, invitations and post-event follow-up
• Work with Sales and Account Management teams to maximise attendance and commercial impact
• Capture and organise event content for social media and internal communications
• Track event performance, lead generation and follow-up actions
• Create event assets in Canva and edit short-form video content in CapCut
• Help build engaged local communities across key cities and regions by connecting with salon partners, beauty professionals and industry groups.
• Support partner newsletters and WhatsApp community communications
• Identify local communities, influencers and potential brand advocates

Requirements

• You are someone early in your marketing career who is highly organised, creative and commercially minded. You thrive in hands-on roles, enjoy building relationships and are excited by the idea of growing a brand within local business communities.
• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, events, social media, partnerships or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and confident working across multiple teams
• Experience creating social media content and a good eye for storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, CRM systems or social scheduling platforms is a plus
• Interest in the beauty, wellness or technology marketplace sectors
