Job Summary

Own the end-to-end visual production for Belazu and Miso Tasty campaigns, from concept and asset creation to multi-channel execution, with a focus on packaging, photography, video, and AI-assisted ideation.

Lead design workflow and asset production across marketing, packaging, and social content.
Collaborate with marketing, NPD and sales to ensure brand consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Action ticketed design workflow - producing everything from marketing materials and brochures to in-house posters, signage and supermarket shopper marketing.
Assist in preparing and adapting print-ready packaging and label artwork for Belazu and Miso Tasty, ensuring accurate layouts and compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
Support the translation of our tone of voice into visual assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Contribute fresh, on-brand ideas in creative brainstorming sessions.
Get hands-on with photography and videography for social content, from in-house studio shoots to on-location shoots at London restaurants.
Support shoot planning through storyboards, mood-boards, shot lists and styling sets.
Edit and optimise video and graphic content for cross-channel use, including subtitles and motion graphics.
Assist with retouching brand photography and curating our digital asset library.
Create GIFs, stop-motion videos and motion graphics for social media campaigns.
Keep learning - exploring emerging AI creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly or Claude) to support ideation and streamline production, within our brand AI policy.

Requirements

You have some experience in a creative production-based team or studio, ideally within FMCG or food.
You have a strong working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Media Encoder, Premiere Pro and Capture One.
You have a degree, showreel or portfolio that shows off your creative range.
You\'ve got a sharp eye for detail and excellent written English.
You\'re a confident multi-tasker who can manage your own time and meet deadlines across a wide scope of tasks.
You take feedback well and are always keen to learn and improve your craft.
You genuinely love food and want to bring that passion to life visually.
