Job Summary

Own the analytics and campaign activation stream by turning audience insights into strategic plans, driving paid social activation, and measuring performance with clear reporting.

  • Insights & strategic planning: uncover what drives audience engagement and guide campaigns.
  • Campaign activation: run paid social across channels and optimize activation through learnings.
  • Performance measurement: track results and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: help research what drives our audience, help teams optimise for platforms, deliver engaging campaigns and identify key learnings with insightful reporting.
  • The role will focus on three main areas: insights and strategic planning, activating campaigns through social media (paid) channels and evaluating performance of activity through performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience and passion for evaluation and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Experience using insight and analysis tools such as social listening tools, SEO auditing tools and social media business manager dashboards
  • A good knowledge of excel
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow
  • A good understanding of brand storytelling in PR and social media
  • Ability to work flexibly, reflecting the changing needs of the industry
  • An aptitude for fast moving campaigns and a desire to work as part of a fast-moving team
