Job Summary

Own and deliver growth-focused marketing programs from planning through delivery, aligning activity with occupancy, referrals and strategic growth priorities. Collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Marketing and regional teams to keep activity joined up and commercially relevant. Manage multi-channel campaigns and governance, ensuring brand and GDPR compliance while tracking outcomes and learning for next steps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of agreed growth-focused marketing projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring activity is aligned to occupancy, referrals and strategic growth priorities.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure activity is joined up, targeted and commercially relevant.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports customer engagement, strengthens referral pathways and increases awareness of Achieve together’s specialist services.
  • Maintain clear project plans, timelines and progress updates, escalating risks or dependencies where required.
  • Ensure campaign activity is delivered in line with Achieve together’s brand standards, governance requirements and GDPR obligations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, that support occupancy, retention and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to the Marketing and Communications Director on progress, outcomes, learning and recommended next step

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, communications or relative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies, with a focus on content marketing, email marketing, and B2B communications.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, tools, and channels, including Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.) and experience in applying data-driven decisions for optimising audience engagement.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to effectively manage, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate marketing goals clearly and align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics, providing actionable insights and adapting strategies based on data trends.
  • Project management expertise with a proactive, self-led approach including experience in project management tools like Monday.com or similar
  • Experience and knowledge of the social care sector
