Job Summary

Own the global marketing strategy and brand voice that ties growth goals to food culture and community; lead integrated campaigns across venues, events, and social programs; shape data-driven growth, PR, and stakeholder-aligned execution.

  • Own the marketing roadmap, aligning with aggressive growth targets across markets and channels.
  • Set a distinctive brand voice, lead campaigns, PR, and cross-functional partnerships with execs and stakeholders.
  • Lead a creative, high-performing team, embedding accountability and fast iteration on insights and performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading and evolving KERB's global marketing strategy, aligning activity with ambitious business growth objectives.
  • Championing a distinctive and authentic brand voice that celebrates food culture, community and entrepreneurship.
  • Overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across venues, events and social enterprise programmes.
  • Driving digital growth, engagement and conversion through data-led marketing, content and channel strategies.
  • Leading PR and communications activity, helping strengthen KERB's profile across consumer, trade and national media.
  • Managing and developing a talented marketing team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability and collaboration.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing supports wider commercial priorities.
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results and using insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • A proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong brand, digital and campaign marketing expertise.
  • Experience balancing commercial objectives with creative excellence.
  • Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence operating at executive level and influencing senior decision-making.
  • A hands-on, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
