Job Summary

Own the core delivery of client-ready insights within the Analyst’s vertical, turning data into clear stories and aligning cross-vertical teams to keep Reward’s insights catalog competitive and future-ready.

  • Insights Delivery: translate large datasets into client-facing narratives, dashboards, and reports that drive decision-making across hospitality and retail.
  • Cross-Vertical Collaboration: partner with Pods and stakeholders to align client needs, operational plans, and process improvements, including AI-enabled workflows.

Job Description

  • Responsible for delivery of best in class insights to both clients within the Analyst’s Vertical – and, when necessary, within other Verticals.
  • Actively engage in the day to day operation of the Vertical and associated Pods through regular review, planning and general communication within the group. This includes representatives from account management, sales and Activation Solutions.
  • Take steps to understand the customers, companies, opportunities and challenges relating to relevant Verticals and Pods.
  • Direct engagement with clients as required to help them understand reporting and to ensure clarity around client needs.
  • Adopt and develop ways of working that build personal efficiency. This includes appropriate adoption of new technologies and AI.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of both individual and team outputs through maintaining a strict regime of collective quality control and contributing to associated process improvements.
  • Contribute thoughts and ideas to the Insights Product Director to help ensure that Reward’s product catalogue remains aligned with current and future client needs and ahead of our competition.
