Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns and strategy for B2B, turning briefs into integrated activations across social, PR, and digital while managing client relationships, contracts, and measurement.

  • Campaign ownership: end-to-end delivery, budget governance, and KPI-driven results across multiple channels.
  • Strategy & storytelling: shape objectives, calendars, and decks for client-ready pitches and campaigns.
  • Measurement & data: maintain reporting accuracy and actionable insights, while keeping influencer data compliant.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex influencer campaigns on time, on budget, and exceeding client KPIs.
  • Oversee content creation pipelines from brief to final delivery across social, digital, and offline channels.
  • Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy: objectives, targets, calendars, and budgets.
  • Design and present high-quality pitch and campaign decks for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain and build trusted, day-to-day client relationships.
  • Sell in creative ideas and strategic pivots in quick-turnaround, high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate contracts with B2B thought leaders, industry experts, and creators.
  • Oversee influencer database management to ensure data standards and compliance.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and measurement with ultimate accountability for data accuracy and insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in influencer marketing, corporate PR, or B2B marketing/sales.
  • B2B/Corporate acumen: strong understanding of B2B audiences, LinkedIn, and corporate compliance/brand safety requirements.
  • Strategic capability: proven ability to create polished, visually compelling strategy and pitch decks (Keynote/PowerPoint).
  • Relationship management: outstanding stakeholder management with clients, talent, and internal partners.
  • Resilience & attitude: self-motivated, action-oriented, calm under pressure.
  • Digital integration: experience blending digital, social, and PR into cohesive campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Production knowledge: hands-on experience with content production processes, video shoots, licensing, and usage rights.
  • PR/Sales background: experience in Corporate PR or B2B sales/account management is advantageous.
  • Mentorship: experience mentoring junior team members (AEs/Interns).
  • Industry passion: active follower of industry trends, creator economy shifts, and new B2B social platforms.
