Job Summary

Own EU influencer campaigns end to end with a focus on partner selection, content alignment, and performance signals across Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.

  • Manage influencer relationships and creative briefs across EU markets, coordinating with agencies and creators for timely, brand-aligned executions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales data to drive ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the end to end execution of influencer campaigns across EU markets, from outreach and briefing through to content approval and reporting
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, agencies and content creators across key EU markets, including Germany, France, Spain and Italy
  • Assist in managing influencer partnerships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives
  • Support the negotiation of commercial partnerships to ensure cost-effective and performance driven collaborations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign activity, product launches and key moments
  • Monitor influencer campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions and sales
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance and inform future activity
  • Stay up to date with market trends, cultural nuances and emerging influencers across EU regions
  • Support campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, tailoring content to each channel
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across campaigns

Requirements

  • Some experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related digital marketing role (internships or placements also considered)
  • Strong interest in European markets, with an understanding of cultural regional cultures (e.g. Germany, France, Spain or Italy)
  • Language skills (e.g. German, French, Italian or Spanish)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with influencers, agencies and internal teams
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding performance and ROI
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, high-performing content
  • Comfortable using data to track performance and inform decisions
  • Energetic, proactive and eager to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding business
