Job Summary

Own and scale a DACH influencer program with a data driven approach, connecting with creators across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok to drive acquisition and revenue.

  • Influencer Portfolio: Build and refresh a weekly pipeline of regional creators, balancing reach and ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead outreach, negotiate terms, manage content delivery and live timelines across priorities.
  • Performance & Learning: Deliver monthly insights on ROI, CAC and content impact to inform cross channel plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Support the Influencer Lead with development, execution and reporting of best-in-class influencer strategy and campaigns, owning budgets and KPI’s, whilst ensuring it fits in with wider business objectives - Build, manage and continuously refresh a pipeline of DACH influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms, identifying new talent and opportunities on a weekly basis - Create and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and other talent partners, acting as a key day-to-day point of contact and nurturing long-term partnerships with top performers - Lead influencer outreach with tailored messaging, negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms where appropriate - Monitor campaign and content delivery, ensuring all agreed content goes live on time, meets brief requirements, and is tracked correctly - Analyse performance of influencers to identify opportunities for growth and improve return on investment, new customer acquisition - Own regular performance reporting, contributing to weekly and monthly updates with clear insights, learnings and recommendations - Develop your influencer knowledge further to ensure you’re at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with - Continually identify opportunities and improvements to be made across internal processes - Work with the wider marketing team on cross-channel initiatives including new product launches and acquisition strategies - What success looks like: A consistent and high-quality influencer pipeline being refreshed weekly - What success looks like: A regular flow of content going live across priority products and campaigns - What success looks like: Performance insights shared proactively with clear actions and learnings - What success looks like: Ongoing improvements made to influencer processes and workflows - What success looks like: A measurable contribution to customer acquisition and revenue through influencer activity - What success looks like: A healthy Rebook % proving that you are recruiting influencers that deliver high revenue, low CAC campaigns
