Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end professional influencer strategy for the UK, with primary focus on Medi Professional KOLs, advanced skin therapists, facialists, and make-up artists — spanning both paid and organic channels.
  • Continuously monitor developments in the Medi and advanced professional aesthetics space, including emerging treatments, clinical trends, and key voices, to keep Dermalogica at the forefront of professional advocacy.
  • Proactively identify and recruit new professional influencer talent — building a pipeline of credible, aligned KOLs and skin professionals who strengthen Dermalogica’s authority within the trade and Medi communities.
  • Collaborate with International Dermalogica Trade, Education, and Influencer Community Strategy teams to align professional influencer activity globally and share learnings across markets.
  • Own and lead all paid partnership activity with professional influencers — including identifying the right KOLs and advanced professionals, negotiating deliverables and fees, and managing contract reviews with the legal team to ensure full compliance with advertising regulations.
  • Nurture ongoing organic relationships with skin professionals, creating meaningful touchpoints — from product education and early access to brand experiences — that keep Dermalogica front of mind within the professional community.
  • Audit KOL and ambassador deliverables for completion, brand standard compliance, and performance — ensuring all content meets Dermalogica’s professional and scientific positioning.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for all professional influencer partnerships, working closely with the Trade and Education teams to ensure activity ladders up to wider brand and commercial objectives.
  • Partner with internal channel owners (social, paid media, creative, education) to maximise the reach and impact of professional influencer content — ensuring trade authority translates across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Trade team to identify and amplify professional influencer opportunities that strengthen Dermalogica’s credibility and drive advocacy within salons, clinics, and the broader professional skin community.
