Own marketing strategy and budget for training programs, steering multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, and offline to drive leads in the construction training space.

Drive growth: lead cross‑channel campaigns and budget decisions that impact pipeline and brand in construction communities.
Market intelligence: monitor trends and competitors to identify opportunities and sharpen positioning for training programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our training programs.
Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
Enhance brand awareness and reputation within the construction industry communities.
Drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
CRM Management
Email marketing
Videography/copywriting and editing skills would be an advantage

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the construction, property, or training industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Experience in managing budgets and leading a team.
Knowledge of property refurbishment or investment sectors is advantageous.
