Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing execution with tight brand governance and a focus on a seamless customer journey across dealer groups, OEM guidelines, and partner collaboration.

  • Integrated Campaign Ownership: Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels and manage event-led initiatives within budget, with direct ties to product launches and model updates.
  • Brand & Communications Stewardship: Enforce brand identity across materials and touchpoints while aligning with manufacturer guidelines and internal comms for cohesive messaging.
  • Compliance, Performance & Reporting: Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and OEM standards, while partnering with the Head of Digital to track SEO, content, and channel performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operational & Franchise Directors and Manufacturer partners to align marketing activity with business priorities and brand standards; support customer experience initiatives and retention programmes for a seamless journey.
  • Lead execution of marketing strategy delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels; manage events within budget and ensure campaign reporting and optimisation with the Head of Digital to improve SEO, content, and digital channels.
  • Marketing Strategy: implement a comprehensive plan aligned with business objectives and growth goals, covering Sales, Service, Parts, Internal Comms & Fleet.
  • Brand/Identity Management: enforce brand identity across materials and touchpoints; work with Manufacturer partners to comply with brand guidelines while maintaining our distinct presence.
  • Internal & External Communications: lead communications strategy to ensure positive representation and employee engagement across communities.
  • Compliance & Standards Adherence: ensure marketing activities comply with legal/regulatory standards and OEM guidelines; keep materials updated with latest models and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in automotive or related fields, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Brand and Identity Management: proven ability to develop and enforce a strong brand while complying with external brand requirements.
  • Problem Solving: strategic thinker balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial & Budget Management: experience managing marketing budgets with discipline and cost-efficiency across campaigns.
