Job Summary

Own the growth engine for a fast-moving Shoreditch agency, focusing on repeatable lead generation, outbound campaigns, and sharp market positioning across B2B sectors.

Growth & Demand Gen: build lead-gen systems, outbound campaigns, and target-account strategies.
Channel & Enablement: manage LinkedIn, email, SEO, and Google Ads with CRM analytics to improve conversion.
Market Insights: shape proposals, capture sector insights, and align sales and marketing across discovery, pitches, and follow-ups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and execute growth strategies
Identify new sectors and opportunities
Develop repeatable lead generation systems
Increase awareness of Shoreditch Design
Support the agency’s long-term growth ambitions
Build outbound campaigns
Define target accounts
Support prospect research
Improve outreach performance
Support the business development team

Requirements

2-5 years experience in growth, marketing or business development
Strong understanding of B2B marketing
Experience generating leads or opportunities
Commercial mindset
Strong communication skills
5+ years experience in growth, demand generation or commercial marketing
Proven track record driving measurable growth
Experience building marketing systems and processes
Strong commercial awareness
Experience managing multiple acquisition channels
