Job Summary
Own the digital operating system for the group, turning messy systems into a streamlined growth engine for ecommerce sites, apps, and platforms.
- Own growth across ecommerce, apps, and the TaxPro platform, aligning commercial goals with execution plans and KPI tracking.
- Streamline tools and workflows (Monday.com, CRMs, analytics) to reduce complexity and improve visibility across digital operations.
- Act as the bridge between product, marketing, and development to prioritise improvements and releases that move measurable metrics.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Driving growth across multiple brands and platforms
- Improving website and app performance
- Managing and developing the in-house marketing team
- Streamlining digital tools, workflows, and reporting (particularly Monday.com)
- Own growth strategy across ecommerce, digital platforms, and the TaxPro app
- Improve performance across paid media, SEO, CRO, marketplaces, and app funnels
- Translate commercial goals into clear execution plans
- Track, analyse, and report performance against KPIs
- Own performance of Shopify and WordPress websites
- The TaxPro web platform and mobile app
Requirements
- Strong experience in ecommerce or digital growth
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Comfortable managing websites, apps, and digital platforms
- Strong systems mindset (Monday.com, CRMs, analytics tools)
- Commercially minded and detail-oriented
- Confident managing teams and improving structure without bureaucracy
