Own social growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to expand reach and impact.

  • Coordinate content planning and creator partnerships while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with Research and Events to produce evidence-led campaigns that support community wellbeing and positive behavioural change.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media growth and engagement strategy.
  • Support content planning across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Oversee brand consistency and visual identity.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and sponsored ads.
  • Analyse engagement and audience insights using platform analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with content creators and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with the Research Team and Events Team to create evidence-led content and campaigns rooted in community wellbeing, engagement, and positive behavioural change.

Requirements

  • Advanced Canva experience.
  • Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
  • Experience using social media insight and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of content engagement and branding.
  • Creative and organised approach to digital marketing.

Preferred

  • Experience running sponsored social media ads is desirable.
