Job Summary

Own the multi-channel paid media engine and AI‑driven automation, with a focus on driving revenue and unit economics while aligning creative, measurement and CRO across major platforms.

  • Own multi‑channel strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit.
  • Lead AI‑led media management by building conversion architecture and audience infrastructure for automation at scale.
  • Oversee creative strategy for UGC and short-form video with rapid testing and funnel optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own multi-channel performance strategy across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit.
  • Drive revenue and unit economics targets including LTV:CAC, conversions, and product mix.
  • Lead AI‑led media management by building data, conversion and audience infrastructure for automation at scale.
  • Own creative strategy for UGC, short-form video and rapid testing frameworks.
  • Optimize the full funnel with CRO, experiments and proposition testing.
  • Build a modern measurement stack with MMM, incrementality tests, geo tests and platform data.
  • Manage advertising in sensitive categories with server-side tracking, Consent Mode v2 and first‑party data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on lead quality, insights and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience scaling paid media across Google, Meta, YouTube and programmatic open web with significant budgets and targets.
  • Proven track record improving unit economics and lifting LTV:CAC, revenue and conversions.
  • Hands-on with platform AI and automation: conversion architecture, data quality, audience infrastructure and feed management.
  • Proficient with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, BI tools and A/B testing.
  • Experience with post-ATT cookieless measurement, server-side tracking, Consent Mode v2 and first-party data strategies.
  • Proficient in HubSpot for lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing and automation.
  • Clear communicator translating performance data into commercial insight for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at pace in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
