Job Summary

Own end to end demand generation across inbound, outbound, ABM, HubSpot driven automation, content, events and web optimization to fuel qualified opportunities.

  • Growth infrastructure: manage inbound/outbound programs, lead nurturing, and performance reporting with cross-functional visibility.
  • Channel ownership: HubSpot Marketing Hub, workflows, SEO, website optimization, and content assets to improve pipeline quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing activity that supports business growth and generates qualified sales opportunities
  • Work across: inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns; account-based marketing initiatives; HubSpot Marketing Hub management and optimisation; marketing automation, workflows and lead nurturing; website optimisation and SEO; content creation, case studies, blogs and email campaigns; campaign reporting and performance analysis; industry events, webinars and networking opportunities; supporting sales and product teams with messaging and go-to-market activity
  • This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership and visibility across the business

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
  • Proven lead generation experience, creating and delivering inbound and outbound campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, lead nurturing and reporting
  • Website, SEO and content marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset and passion for measurable results

Preferred

  • Experience within SaaS, technology, PropTech or real estate sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
