Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
  • Create short-form, social-first video edits that feel native, organic and trend-led.
  • Stay on top of trends, hooks and cultural moments, spotting opportunities before they peak.
  • Write engaging, platform-specific copy that reflects each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Manage content calendars, deliverables and deadlines to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Engage with and grow online communities, responding to comments and fostering conversation.
  • Source and manage creator partnerships, coordinating briefs, deliverables and reporting.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to inform data-driven recommendations for growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, clients and freelancers to bring campaigns to life.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in social media management or content creation (brand, agency or freelance).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including trends, algorithms and creative best practices.
  • Confident editing short-form video using in-app tools or software like CapCut, Canva or Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and collaborators.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with performance goals (engagement, reach, growth).
  • A curious, proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every brief.
  • Passion for culture, music, fashion, tech, travel and lifestyle, and how brands can authentically tap into them.
  • London-based or nearby, with flexibility to attend occasional shoots or meetings.
