Job Summary
Own the front door to niche communities by locating and engaging Reddit/Discord audiences in gaming, myth, and anime, run outreach across Reddit, Discord, and TikTok, and report what messages move people in the door.
- Community Engagement: Find and engage target users in Reddit threads and Discord servers across gaming, mythology, and anime spaces.
- Outreach Experiments: Run outreach across Reddit, Discord, and TikTok, testing tactics and angles to see what converts.
- Messaging & Reporting: Test messaging across communities and report back on what works.

Responsibilities
- Finding and engaging target users in Reddit threads and Discord servers across gaming, mythology, and anime spaces

- Testing messaging across communities and reporting back on what works
- Supporting our TikTok content where needed
Requirements
- Happy to experiment, try things that might not work, and iterate fast
- Spends time on Reddit and Discord in gaming, anime, or mythology spaces
- Organised enough to follow a structured approach and report results clearly
- A student or someone with a flexible few hours a week to contribute
