Responsibilities

• Support the founder with research, planning and project coordination
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks
• Organise project information, documents and task lists
• Help develop and test the live commerce concept
• Present products and promotional content in recorded and live videos
• Plan and create short-form content for social media
• Support digital marketing and promotional activities
• Research potential sellers, partners, content creators and customers
• Assist with communications, outreach and meeting follow-up
• Collect feedback and contribute practical ideas to improve the project and user experience

Requirements

• Confident, professional and comfortable speaking on camera
• A clear communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable contributing ideas and taking initiative
• Interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce or live commerce
• Currently living in Derry/Londonderry
• Available to attend work, filming, training and meetings in person in Derry/Londonderry
• Experience in administration, personal assistance, presenting, sales, marketing, content creation, e-commerce or business support would be beneficial but is not essential
