Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own events end to end. Strategy, calendar, budgets, briefs, delivery, follow-up. Events we host, events we show up to. You decide what we do, when, and why.
  • Run our Cannes play. One of our biggest moments of the year. You'll own how we show up: who we meet, what we host, and how the week keeps paying off after everyone flies home.
  • Scale what works, invent what's next. Our dinner format works: intimate rooms, senior marketers, real conversation, the right co-hosts. Run it tighter, take it to new cities, then go beyond it.
  • Build the repeatable machine. Kickoff briefs, invite cadences, guest lists, run of show, retros. What runs for one event runs for the next, so we learn every time.
  • Make the room work, then prove it worked. The right people, the right energy, conversations guests come back for. Relationships drive growth, and you know how to show it: follow the thread from dinner to meeting to partnership, tracked in HubSpot.
  • Turn every event into content, with a global mindset. One event, a week of output: social, video, testimonials, reports. A dinner in London should land with someone in New York who was never in the room. Plan the content angle at kickoff and partner with our content lead to deliver it.
  • Partner across the business. Sales bring prospects, partners co-host, founders show up. You orchestrate it all and make every event unmistakably Kyra.
  • Run events across our global markets.

Requirements

  • A proven events operator. High-impact B2B events, end to end, with receipts: rooms that filled, guests that converted, formats that got talked about.
  • Relationship-led, commercially aware. You build real relationships with senior people and partner naturally with sales. You care who's in the room and what happens for them after.
  • At home in the creator world. You get creators: how they work, what makes them say yes to a room. You can host a CMO and a creator's manager in the same evening and make both feel it was built for them.
  • Scrappy and systemised. We're in the experimental phase, so you're happy improvising and pulling off a brilliant one-off on a tight budget. But scrappy alone doesn't compound. You capture what worked, write the playbook, run it again better.
  • A natural host. You read a room, make senior people feel looked after, and handle the 8am supplier call and the AV failing before doors with the same calm.
  • Taste, in both senses. The venue, the menu, the invite copy, the seating plan, the touch nobody expected but everyone remembers. You sweat the details because they're the difference between an event and a moment.
  • AI-forward. We use Claude across everything at Kyra. You should be excited by that, not tolerant of it.

Preferred

  • You've booked or produced creator or talent appearances at events
  • You've built event-to-revenue attribution in HubSpot or similar
  • You've run events across multiple markets or time zones
  • You've co-hosted with partner brands and made a shared room work for everyone
  • You can shoot, edit or design content yourself
  • You've turned an event into a content series, report or community that outlived the night

Benefits

  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week from our Old Street office
  • Real ownership from day one: the calendar, the budget, the results
  • A seat next to the founders and sales leadership
  • Teammates who care about brilliant work, alongside some of the world's best-known brands
  • Room to grow as events grow, including building the team around it
