Job Summary

Own campaign delivery support for email, webinar, and digital marketing, and manage client communications through campaign timelines with a PM mindset.

Campaign delivery and client-facing communications across email, webinar, and digital channels
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize webinar and content delivery
Operate in a fast paced, contract-based environment focusing on quick wins and accurate timelines

Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting campaign delivery across email, webinar and digital marketing activities
Managing client communications and guiding stakeholders through campaign timelines
Working within project management processes
Supporting webinar and content delivery using marketing platforms and internal systems
Collaborating closely with internal campaign and operations
Focus on campaign execution and client communication support across digital marketing campaigns and webinar delivery

Requirements

Previous marketing, campaign or events experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with email marketing and webinar platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred start date: Mid-Jun
