Job Summary

Own the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle from first outreach to ongoing collaboration, turning digital-marketing conversations into new business and trusted partnerships.

  • Outreach and follow-up across email, phone, and video to attract new clients.
  • Lead conversations that convert prospects into engaged, long-term partners.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's work experience
  • Confident communicator across phone, email and video
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of websites
  • You've juggled several clients or projects at once and kept on top of it
