Job Summary

Own the studio's email backbone by running day-to-day operations, ensuring deliverability, and aligning with cross-functional teams to support campaigns.

  • Configuration, Security & Compliance: Manage email tools, configurations, and enforce best practices for privacy and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting, Documentation & Cross-functional Support: Resolve incidents, document processes, and liaise with service providers while collaborating with marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Email Operations & Deliverability: Set up mailboxes, distribution lists, monitor performance, and ensure reliable delivery across domains.
  • Configuration, Security & Compliance: Manage email tools, configurations, and enforce best practices for privacy and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting, Documentation & Cross-functional Support: Resolve incidents, document processes, and liaise with service providers while collaborating with marketing and creative teams.

Requirements

  • Strong email management skills, including mailbox setup, organization, filters, rules, and automation across multiple accounts and domains.
  • Experience with email systems and tools, including email platform administration, basic server or DNS concepts (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email deliverability best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support, including diagnosing email errors, connectivity issues, and configuration problems, with clear escalation and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor or similar) and list management, segmentation, and compliance (GDPR and other data privacy standards).
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a digital, creative, or agency setting is an advantage, especially working with multiple brands or clients.
  • Relevant certification or training in IT support, systems administration, or email technologies is a plus; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
