Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit video content for global marketing campaigns and communications
• Deliver multi-format outputs from a single brief
• Manage end-to-end production including filming, editing, colour grading, audio, and final delivery
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Regional teams
• Produce content for platforms including YouTube, HUB, and social media
• Ensure all content aligns with JCB brand guidelines
• Contribute to content planning and provide creative input to improve overall output quality and effectiveness

Requirements

• proven experience in video production
• knowledge of camera systems and lighting with hands on experience filming in different styles
• proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop
• experience across multiple platforms
• strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
