Own the social and paid media engine across multiple platforms, driving content creation, copy, and audience targeting while turning analytics into iterative campaign optimizations.

  • Content planning, production, scheduling and cross‑team collaboration for a branded customer journey.
  • Paid media planning, execution, testing, budgets and performance reporting across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Plan, create and schedule high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage social media campaigns from concept through to delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with the design team to create engaging digital assets and optimise the customer journey.
  • Write compelling marketing copy for blogs, website content, email campaigns, award submissions and other marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practice to maximise performance.
  • Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create engaging ad copy and work with the wider team to optimise landing pages for improved conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, carrying out A/B testing and implementing ongoing improvements to maximise ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, PPC or social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Snov.io or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation and lead generation.
  • Experience planning and delivering successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Confident analysing marketing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements across digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience producing engaging content across multiple channels.
  • Experience conducting competitor and market research.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject is desirable but not essential.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a genuine desire to continually develop your skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
