Job Summary
Build a high-velocity measurement and optimization capability across multi-market paid media, turning data into actionable insights that improve CPA/ROAS while maintaining a disciplined test-and-learn approach.
- Measurement & Optimisation: Own end-to-end data integration, attribution accuracy, and reporting to drive CPA and ROAS improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align channel strategy, creative output, and optimisation priorities with marketing, ecommerce, and agency partners.
- Test-and-Learn Programme: Lead structured experiments (targets, placements, creative, offers), scale winners, and balance innovation with core KPI progress.
