Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage, update, and develop WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Oversee and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles including regular updates and developments.
  • Utilise and interpret data from digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, ensuring Technical SEO requirements are met inline with Googles best practices.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with general office IT matters when required, offering support on software and systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, Local SEO, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing WordPress websites, including content updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for blog posts etc
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Working knowledge of AI Tools and how to implement their use.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT support and willingness to assist with general office technology matters.
  • SEO: 5 years (required)
Preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, particularly within financial services.
  • Understanding of local SEO strategies and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Elementor
