Job Summary

Own the organization’s digital presence by managing the website, driving analytics-driven improvements, and aligning marketing and IT to optimize UX, SEO, and conversion performance.

  • Website & Tech Ownership: Maintain a current, accessible site and drive performance enhancements.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use GA4, Looker Studio, and heatmaps to monitor, test, and derive actionably insights.
  • SEO & Content: Lead optimization efforts to boost organic visibility and targeted traffic.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the company’s website, ensuring it remains current, accessible, and optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement site enhancements, integrations, and technical improvements.
  • Lead efforts in SEO and content optimization to increase organic visibility and attract targeted traffic.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, gather insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Support marketing campaigns through accurate tracking, testing, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing and IT to deliver seamless digital solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and innovative digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or web management roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of online platforms and strategies.
  • Technical proficiency with website management, tracking tools, and analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and Webtrends Optimize.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation tools to improve digital performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with web development processes and working alongside developers and IT professionals.
