Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer journey campaigns: Plan, build and manage high-quality lifecycle campaigns across email, CRM, WhatsApp and other digital channels, guiding homeowners from early interest through to enquiry, consideration and conversion.
  • CRM and automation: Develop and optimise CRM journeys, using customer data, automation and behavioural triggers to deliver timely, relevant and personalised communications at each stage of the journey.
  • Homeowner nurture: Create engaging nurture campaigns that help homeowners understand the brand, product range, benefits, design options and next steps, building confidence and supporting progression through the buying journey.
  • Audience engagement: Deliver tailored communications for homeowners, installers and trade prospects that strengthen relationships, inspire trust and reflect Endurance’s premium brand positioning.
  • Installer and trade marketing: Support installer engagement and targeted B2B prospecting campaigns that raise awareness, generate interest and create qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Campaign planning and optimisation: Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of campaign ideas, continually testing messaging, creative, timing, audience segments and formats to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Cross-sell and loyalty campaigns: Develop communications that showcase the wider product portfolio, encourage repeat engagement and support long-term relationships with customers, installers and partners.
  • Reviews and advocacy: Create campaigns and automated triggers that encourage positive reviews, testimonials and referrals, strengthening brand reputation and customer trust.
  • Data and insight: Use segmentation, behavioural insights, GA4 and campaign performance data to refine customer journeys, identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, retention and sales impact, translating results into clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience with email marketing and/or CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing or customer journey management.
  • Ability to craft or adapt content in line with brand tone and creative standards.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work across functions.
  • Experience managing both B2B (installers) and B2C (homeowners) communications.

Preferred

  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing or AI-driven communication tools
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and lifecycle marketing technologies
  • Background in premium consumer, interiors, or home improvement brands
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and loyalty programme design
