Job Summary

Own digital channel execution end-to-end with a focus on website, SEO, PPC, paid social and email, while building the YouTube strategy and asset creation for a fast-paced consumer brand.

  • Content Engine: Create engaging digital content and graphics that align with brand voice across channels and YouTube.
  • Marketing Ops: Track tasks, manage SLA adherence, and produce monthly performance reports with traffic, leads, and ROI.
  • Growth Infrastructure: Support on-page and off-page SEO, UX improvements, and AI-driven search visibility to boost overall site performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day running of all digital marketing channels, including the website, SEO, PPC, paid social and email marketing.
  • Plan and execute the company YouTube strategy – this includes filming live, in-person content at Reeves HQ, managing the channel and supporting it with keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce high-quality, engaging digital content.
  • Produce graphic design assets for campaigns and channels, ensuring visual and tonal alignment with the Reeves brand.
  • Assist with optimising paid platforms across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Support keyword research and strategic planning for our brands and acquisitions.
  • Assist with growing the visibility of the website within traditional search engines and AI-driven search.
  • Assist with website performance and optimisation, including UX, SEO and conversion improvements (WordPress), keeping the site fully optimised and regularly updated.
  • Track incoming marketing tasks and requests, ensuring responses and resolutions are completed within the 5-day SLA.
  • Produce the monthly digital performance report (traffic, leads, ROI and campaign metrics).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years\' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • BA Honours degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related subjects.
  • Graphic design skills, confident using tools such as Canva or Premiere Pro.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4.
  • Being able to adapt to an AI-driven workflow to improve productivity.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience within the financial services sector is desirable.
