Job Summary

Own content production and campaign execution across ads, social, and print while shaping SEO content, sales materials, and basic reporting.

  • Content & Creative: Own copy and assets across ads, landing pages, emails, and social to keep campaigns coherent.
  • Marketing Ops & Sales Support: Prepare one-pagers and direct-mail collateral, and bundle basic performance snapshots for the team.
  • Channels & Tools: Work across Meta and Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling tools to keep content flowing and visible.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Content & copywriting: Writing and editing copy for ads, landing pages, social posts, emails, and customer communications
  • Content & copywriting: Drafting sales support content including one-pagers, leave-behinds, and presentation materials
  • Content & copywriting: Writing SEO-optimised blog posts, area pages, and FAQ content with correct on-page formatting applied
  • Paid: Writing/uploading ad copy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
  • Paid: Designing or adapting ad creatives in Canva ready for upload
  • Paid: Updating live campaigns with new copy, creative, or audience adjustments as directed
  • Social media: Scheduling and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and more
  • Social media: Maintaining a consistent posting schedule using scheduling/automation tools
  • Social media: Sourcing or creating accompanying visuals and assets for each post
  • Social media: Monitoring comments and basic community management
Requirements
  • Clear, plain-English writing - can adapt tone, doesn't sound robotic
  • Hands-on social media experience, including scheduling tools
  • Comfortable inside Meta and Google Ads Manager - can update copy and creative without hand-holding
  • Understanding of SEO basics and on-page fundamentals
  • Confident in Canva and able to produce on-brand assets independently
  • Organised, proactive, and great use of time management
  • Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude etc
Preferred
  • Experience with automation tools (Buffer, Zapier, Hootsuite or more)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
  • Basic WordPress or CMS editing
  • Some experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Any background in local or challenger brand marketing
