Job Summary

Own the website content lifecycle across CMS updates, SEO optimization, and email campaign support, aligning with marketing to improve visibility and user experience.

  • Content Management: Update CMS content, keep property and development info accurate, and ensure consistent presentation.
  • SEO & UX Optimization: Improve page titles, headers, metadata, image descriptions; monitor performance to boost visibility.
  • Email Campaigns & Testing: Create and update email content, templates, segmentation; plan A/B tests and monitor performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain website content using our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Ensure property and development information is accurate, up to date and presented consistently
  • Assist with creating and updating floor plans, site maps and development information
  • Support website testing and quality assurance activities
  • Help identify and report website issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Work with marketing colleagues to keep website content current and relevant
  • Optimise website content for search engines through page titles, headings, metadata and image descriptions
  • Support the creation and updating of website content, landing pages, promotions and campaigns
  • Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms to monitor website performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and user experience

Requirements

  • Duration 18 months
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and online content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using computers and online platforms
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing new skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications or a related subject
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital channels
  • Basic understanding of websites, SEO or digital marketing concepts
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience gained through education, personal projects, volunteering or extracurricular activities
