Job Summary

Own the end-to-end ecommerce growth engine across direct channels and paid performance, maximizing conversions, AOV, retention, and profitability while reducing marketplace reliance.

  • Direct Sales & Ecommerce: Grow revenue from own websites and direct channels and improve the customer journey.
  • Paid Ads & Marketing Performance: Build profitable campaigns, optimize ROAS, and test offers and creatives.
  • Website & SEO: Enhance product and category pages, optimise on-page content, and support SEO for long-term visibility.

Job Description

  • Grow sales through our own websites, local customers, and direct customer channels
  • Improve website conversion rates, customer journey, and online shopping experience
  • Increase average order value through bundles, offers, upsells, cross-sells, and product recommendations
  • Develop strategies to improve repeat purchases, customer retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Help reduce reliance on marketplaces by building stronger direct sales channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability across low-cost and high-volume products
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Improve ROAS, cost per conversion, click-through rate, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability
  • Create campaigns focused on profitable sales, not just traffic
  • Test different offers, landing pages, products, audiences, and creatives
  • Analyse campaign data and make practical improvements based on performance
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and sales events
  • Improve product pages, category pages, landing pages, banners, and promotional sections
  • Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and website content
  • Support SEO improvements to increase organic traffic and long-term visibility
  • Review website performance and suggest improvements to increase sales
  • Help manage website updates, product uploads, pricing changes, and promotional content
