Responsibilities

• Creating, managing and posting on social media channels across the Group
• Creating simple, effective content (photos, videos and graphics)
• Visiting businesses to capture what’s happening day-to-day
• Updating website content using CMS platforms
• Supporting email campaigns through systems like Mailchimp
• Helping plan and organise marketing activity and campaigns
• Keeping marketing plans and schedules up-to-date
• Ensuring brand consistency across our businesses
• Working with external suppliers (design, print, website support)
• Supporting general day-to-day marketing requests from Group businesses

Requirements

• An interest in marketing and content creation
• Comfortable using, or willing to learn, website CMS systems and email/CRM platforms like Mailchimp
• Someone who is organised and able to keep on top of a variety of tasks
• Strong relationship building skills – able to work well with people across sites and teams
• Excellent attention to detail – someone who notices the small things and gets them right
• A practical, down-to-earth approach
• Willing to get stuck in and support where needed
• Clear communication and a natural way with words
