Job Summary

Own the EY.com content pipeline for BMC campaigns, turning briefs into UK-focused, SEO-aware digital assets while enforcing brand guidelines and coordinating with SMEs, UK stakeholders, and agencies.

  • Content ownership: adapt and publish campaign copy and visuals across EY.com, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
  • UK-focused customization: rewrite global content for UK audiences and create case studies or profiles to support SEO and GEO goals.
  • Governance & collaboration: guide BMC teams on digital creative approaches and ensure briefs and publishing are aligned with the Digital Technical Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for drafting copy and identifying images responding to briefs provided by Digital Portfolio Managers, across four different categories
  • Creating EY.com presence for BMC-originated campaigns, ensuring compelling digital experience
  • Adapting draft content from business SME stakeholders
  • Adapting Global content, working with UK stakeholders to rewrite as UK-specific articles or creating UK perspectives
  • Creating bespoke digital content where required (eg case studies, people profiles or content required for SEO/ GEO)
  • Provide guidance and advice to BMC teams on best digital creative approach for activities that require ey.com presence
  • Ensure that all copy and imagery created for ey.com follows brand guidelines and is approved through the SCORE brand approval process
  • Occasionally managing content creation agencies to deliver digital content
  • Work with the Digital Technical Manager to ensure that all copy is optimised for search
  • Work with the Digital Technical Manager to ensure that page builders have correct briefs to enable accurate and timely publishing

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience of working in a marketing copywriting or journalistic role in a business environment
  • Knowledge of the UK business environment, gained from working in a professional services environment or similar, or else from working as a journalist in a related field
  • Working knowledge of website design (preferably Adobe AEM), UX, SEO and marketing automation, plus experience of working with page building teams.
  • Experience of stakeholder management in a complex environment and the ability to interpret briefs, constructively challenge as appropriate, make creative suggestions and to gain consensus on creative outputs.

Preferred

  • Experience using AI tools to assist messaging and drafting copy
  • Experience writing to brand style guidelines
  • Familiarity with ey.com or professional services branding (preferred)
