Job Summary

Deputy Director leads the full student recruitment marketing agenda, owning digital, content, campaigns and events with a data driven, insight led approach that optimises the applicant journey and budgets to drive enrolment.

Responsibilities

  • lead specialist teams across digital, content, campaigns and events—delivering innovative, insight-led marketing that converts interest into enrolment
  • Working closely with faculties and key professional services stakeholders, you’ll operate at senior level to design and deliver ambitious recruitment plans that respond to evolving markets and changing student expectations.
  • reporting to the Director of Marketing and a member of the Marketing Leadership team, the Deputy Director, Student Recruitment Marketing is the strategic lead for student recruitment marketing, you’ll play a central role in a complex and fast-paced environment, using data, creativity and strategic leadership to optimise the applicant journey end-to-end.
  • With responsibility for student recruitment marketing performance, budgets and continuous improvement, you’ll make a direct contribution to institutional priorities and help shape our future student community.
