Responsibilities

  • Are you ready to unleash your creativity and make a real impact? Join our dynamic in-house Creative team as a Creative Executive! You'll be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs team, delivering innovative solutions that support our business objectives both internally and externally.
  • From our people to our regulators, your creative touch will reach a wide audience.
  • In this role, you'll bring our vision and business plan to life through your creative skills.
  • You'll proactively seek opportunities to enhance our brand and deliver creative solutions that make a difference.
  • Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, you'll create everything from campaign identities and out-of-home advertising to digital content, print collateral, and regulatory reporting designs.
  • Plus, you'll produce engaging videos and animations to amplify your messages.
  • As a brand guardian, you'll ensure our brand is consistently applied across all our work, supporting colleagues across the business to use our brand appropriately.
  • Your creative delivery will play a key role in enhancing our brand reputation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with the latest software, skills, and creative trends.
  • Please note this role may require a DBS check prior to employment.

Requirements

  • We're looking for a creative person with proven experience from an agency or in-house background.
  • You'll thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • With a design-related degree or equivalent qualification/experience, you’ll have excellent communication skills and can translate key information into creative solutions for our internal clients.
  • Your portfolio showcases a range of on and offline marketing and communication materials, including brochures, leaflets, digital advertising, out-of-home, print advertising, merchandise, packaging, and social content with animation.
  • You're comfortable working in a hybrid role, with occasional travel to our head office in Durham.
