Own the executive AI thought-leadership content machine, turning interviews and research into premium podcast episodes and structured, platform-ready insights.

  • Production & Distribution: manage end-to-end podcast production, guest booking, and interview prep to publish premium episodes.
  • Audience Growth: extract viral clips and social content to increase reach and subscriber growth.
  • Voice & Content Architecture: distill ideas into LinkedIn/X posts that capture the founder’s voice and establish authority.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Podcast Production & Managed transition: oversee current shoot, sound, and final cut workflows for the Data and AI Mastery podcast; turn long-form recordings into premium episodes
  • Social Media Reach and Engagement: extract high-impact viral clips to grow the founder’s audience and maximize subscriber count
  • The Founder’s Ghostwriter: translate ideas into LinkedIn posts and X threads, capturing the founder’s voice
  • Strategic Research & Content Architecture: research AI trends, build content calendars, pitch ready concepts to the CEO
  • Asynchronous Thought Leadership & PR: draft, pitch, and place Op-Eds, white papers, and expert commentary in leading publications
  • AI-Native Execution: leverage AI for subtitling, show notes, and asset creation to maximise output
  • Production Logistics: own the master content production calendar, book high-profile guests, and prep for interviews

Requirements

  • Evidence of Impact: portfolio of work proving ability to grow an audience and manage a premium brand’s voice
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using platform analytics (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) to track reach and growth
  • Technical Production & Design Skills: hands-on editor; capable with cloud recording and production suites (e.g., Riverside, Descript, Adobe Premiere) and design tools like Canva
  • Experience training AI models on executive brand voices (preferred)
  • Writers’ ear: ability to write with distinct personality and authority for complex AI/EdTech topics
  • AI-First Workflow: familiarity with frontier AI applications used daily to work faster and better
  • Scale-Up Resourcefulness: comfort troubleshooting and adapting quickly in fast-paced environment
  • Radical Ownership: proactive identification and pursuit of content opportunities from idea to publication

Preferred

  • Experience training AI models on executive brand voices
  • Ability to craft engaging social content and build audience growth in enterprise tech
  • Proficiency with analytics tools to measure content performance and iterate strategy
