Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content engine for recruitment, brand storytelling, and events across social, email, print, and digital touchpoints.

  • Multimedia content production: photography, video, and copy that showcase courses, student experience and outcomes.
  • Content orchestration: plan, schedule, and deliver content with university stakeholders to drive awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Content-led recruitment: own campaigns that inform, inspire, and convert applicants and open days events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality multimedia content across channels including photography, video, and copy to showcase courses, student experience, and graduate outcomes.
  • Create subject-focused content highlighting employability, industry connections, student success, and real-world learning.
  • Coordinate content activity across social and digital channels with stakeholders to plan, schedule, and deliver content that supports awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Play a key role in student recruitment campaigns with content-first approaches that inform, inspire, and convert.
  • Capture and promote university and school led activity including events, exhibitions and festivals such as Open Days, Innovation Fest and Inspired Festival.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment and Communications teams, including CRM and Campaigns, to align content across initiatives.
  • Support content needs across paid and organic social, email, print, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas reflecting trends in social media, videography, and digital storytelling while identifying opportunities to boost audience engagement.

Requirements

  • A first degree or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong skills in social media strategy, creation, management and community engagement.
  • Proven photography and videography experience, with editing in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Cloud and/or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Understanding of content-led marketing and tailoring work for diverse digital channels and audiences.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay creatively inspired.

Preferred

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) – a bonus.
