Job Summary

Own end-to-end consumer education content for a UK dog brand, combining hands‑on training delivery with scalable video content and live sessions that turn owners into confident users.

  • Content Ownership: plan, script, film, edit and publish short and long form videos across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Live & Customer Teaching: run weekly TikTok LIVE sessions, group classes, one-to-one virtual training, Q&A, and WhatsApp community support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with marketing and product to produce high quality educational content that grows the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube - Taking ownership of the entire content process—from planning and scripting through to filming, editing and publishing - Delivering online support to customers who purchase our premium training programmes, including One-to-one virtual training sessions - Group virtual training classes - Weekly TikTok LIVE sessions - Customer Q&A sessions - WhatsApp community support - Helping customers use our products correctly and confidently - Typical Weekly Deliverables including 10 short-form videos, 1 long-form YouTube training video, 2 TikTok LIVE sessions, 1 educational customer email, Virtual one-to-one customer training sessions, Group virtual training sessions, Content planning and scripting, Filming and editing content, Community engagement and customer support - Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to create high-quality educational content that helps grow the business Requirements - Has practical dog training experience - Loves educating dog owners - Is confident speaking on camera - Enjoys filming and editing content - Is comfortable delivering virtual training sessions - Has an engaging, positive personality - Wants to become the recognised face of a growing UK dog brand - Strong understanding of dog behaviour and reward-based training - Comfortable using and demonstrating dog training equipment - Confident handling dogs of different breeds and temperaments Nice-to-have - Dog training qualifications - Experience running one-to-one sessions or group classes - Existing social media presence - Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro - Photography or videography experience Benefits - Casual dress - Free parking - On-site parking
