Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content flow for a legal services audience, translating complex topics into clear, compliant materials and strengthening the firm’s online presence through tailored web, blog, and social content.

  • Content Creation: Produce website copy, blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing materials for legal audiences.
  • Collaboration & Quality: Work with lawyers and staff to maintain a consistent brand voice and high standards of accuracy and clarity.
  • Digital Presence: Support social updates, content planning, and performance monitoring to grow online reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting website copy, blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing materials tailored to legal audiences and prospective clients.
  • The role involves collaborating with lawyers and staff to translate complex legal concepts into accessible content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and ensuring all materials meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • The Content Creator will also support social media updates, basic content planning, and content performance monitoring to help strengthen the firm’s online presence.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing abilities, with demonstrated experience creating clear, concise, and accurate content for professional or legal audiences.
  • Research skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and verify facts, ideally in legal, policy, or regulated environments.
  • Basic understanding of content strategy and digital channels (e.g., websites, blogs, newsletters, social media) and how to tailor content to each.
  • Capability to work closely with subject-matter experts, ask effective questions, and incorporate feedback while maintaining content quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a law firm, legal services, or related professional services environment is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Law, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Comfort working on-site in a professional office setting and maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
