Responsibilities

• Lead our communications and community engagement activities
• Oversee reception services and help showcase the incredible achievements of our students and staff
• Strengthen connections with families, local organisations and stakeholders, while ensuring every visitor experiences a warm and professional welcome
• Be a confident, organised and creative professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for building positive relationships
• Manage competing priorities, engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and create high-quality communications that promote and celebrate the academy

Requirements

• Ideally, you will have experience in communications, marketing, administration, customer service or education, along with experience of organising events and supervising staff
• comfortable using Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar design software)
• have a good understanding of social media platforms
• be able to work with professionalism, discretion and flexibility, including supporting occasional evening events
